台南市私立德光中學參加HiNet亞卓市舉辦的英文單字馬拉松大賽，再度蟬聯南區個人組、班際組及最熱烈參加學校3項冠軍，並已3 連霸。個人組囊括前30名，班際組囊括前6名，其中陳詩雯198.503分為全國最高分，她將與分獲第2、3名的同學羅采翔、郭孟萱及國中3年3班10名學生參加下月9日的全國賽。(聯合報/2009-07-29)
