Gastropub 意為「美食吧」，是一種美食和酒精兼備的酒館 (pub) 或酒吧 (bar)，與過去出入盡是酒鬼、烏煙瘴氣、粗口滿天飛、僅提供低品質酒精和小吃的英國酒館大異其趣。美食吧不僅供應精緻美食，而且氣氛優雅，吸引許多社會中上層人士光顧。
Gastropub 這個字是由 gastronomy (美食) 和 pub (public house 的縮寫) 組合而成，是倫敦「老鷹」(The Eagle) 酒館的兩位老闆 David Eyre 和 Mike Belben 在 1991 年所創造的。這個字有時被寫成有連字號的 gastro-pub，但已不多見。美食吧的概念不到十年間就席捲美國及其他許多國家。
