1.單從本句來看，這裡的 that 所引導的是名詞子句而非形容詞子句，所以 the idea 和 that 子句是同位格關係。Honesty 和 the idea 都是 on 的受詞。
2.glued 在這裏是which was glued省掉which was 的結果。
3.video後面省略了關代 that 或 which，是 took 的受詞。
4.按照文法，90 yards的前面確實省略了關代和BE動詞，但一般都是以省略後的形式出現，若不省略，反而不合習慣用法。
5.兩個that 都是關代。

寫完文章後，原參考資料已經丟掉。您可用 “cultural appropriation colonialism” google 一下。OED 會不定時或在年底公布新收錄的字詞，cultural appropriation 是出現在 OED 網站 2017 年初新增的字詞中。
