並不是只有基隆市的消防單位才會這樣，本人在高雄的消防單位也看到類似的情況。 原因十分簡單，消防單位並不重視這種英文命名的問題，同時他們自己（消防局高層）也不具備翻譯與分辨翻譯對錯的能力。

Admin, thanks for your sincere reply. Yet you might misunderstand what I mean. As a matter of fact, What I'm wondering is why the author left blank in the place for the negative usage of "ought to" under the premise for prediction. Is that because "ought to" don't have this kind of statement? So, I made the two words to see if it's correct to utilize them under these kinds of circumstances.

    I met with a friend which I had never seen for total 6 years.
    這裡的total可以寫成totally嗎？
    我用google查詢，totally X years, totally X dollars都有人用，但好像total比較多人使用。

      用 totally，因為 6 years 是一段時間，並非累加而成的「總共6年」。若要表示總共，可用當名詞用的 total，如「6 years in total」或「a total of 6 years」。所以，您的句子應用 totally 6 years (整整6年)。

      寫完文章後，原參考資料已經丟掉。您可用 “cultural appropriation colonialism” google 一下。OED 會不定時或在年底公布新收錄的字詞，cultural appropriation 是出現在 OED 網站 2017 年初新增的字詞中。

      請到博客來網路書店，輸入作者名字「俞亨通」即可列出所有著作，應該有5、6本之多，但名稱可能跟電子書列有出入，請詳閱內容說明。
