No ifs, ands, or buts (about it) 意為「沒有任何藉口；別找藉口；沒有什麼話好說」。這個慣用語最常用在非正式的口說英語中，但有時亦可在書面英語中見到。其中 ifs、ands 和 buts 分別為 if、and 和 but 的複數，並非所有格或縮略字，所以不可使用所有格符號 (‘)。
英文中若列舉的項目為三項 (含) 以上，最後一項與 and 或 or 前面的逗點 (這個逗點有個專門的名稱，叫做「牛津逗點 (Oxford comma)」) 視文體格式而定可有可無。所以這個片語在書寫時亦可寫成 no ifs, ands or buts。一般認為，no excuses、no doubt 或 with certainty 可視為它的同義詞。
No ifs, ands, or buts 的起源頗為有趣。英格蘭作家湯瑪斯‧摩爾爵士 (Sir Thomas More) 1513 年在他的文學作品《The History of King Richard III》中使用了這個片語，是已知第一個在書面中使用這個片語的人，但當時他僅寫成 ifs and ands。英國神學家湯瑪斯‧古德溫 (Thomas Goodwin) 1680 年在他的佈道中加入了 but。之後這個片語逐漸演變成現在慣用的樣子。
